With over 18 years of experience, Sanaya Dadachanji has extensive trial experience in attending arbitrations (domestic and international) under the rules of all of the major arbitral institutions as well as commercial litigation before courts. She represents a wide range of corporate clientele, Banks and financial institutions. She has experience in attending to arbitrations and commercial litigation across a broad range of industries and sectors, including energy, construction, financial services and information technology. Her advise is also sought by firm’s corporate clientele in matters of C-suite level termination exercise, forfeiture of employee compensation under various benefit programs and disputes arising therefrom.
She frequently advises insurance companies by drafting and vetting insurance policies including certification of newly introduced insurance policies. She has represented wide range of corporate houses in matters relating to right to information, education and electricity laws before the High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
