Associated with the Firm for over 12 years, Mrs. Lipsa Unadkat was inducted as an Associate Partner in April 2020. Lipsa’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, matrimonial disputes, intellectual property and media & entertainment.

Over the years she has had the opportunity to advise a wide array of clients across various commercial sectors such as technology, engineering, construction, transportation & logistics, financial services, oil & gas and defence sector. She also represents banks and non-banking financial institutions in the Bombay High Court and across various benches of the NCLT. Additionally, she extensively conducts arbitrations and mediations arising from contractual and construction disputes.

Moreover, she routinely advises on purchasing, leasing, licensing arrangements and title diligence of properties. Besides, she is instrumental in offering systemic legal solutions and assisting in resolving matrimonial issues. Lipsa has been a part of drawing up several celebrity contracts and deals with issues relating to trademark and copyright laws. She frequently appears on behalf of clients in matters related to Insolvency proceedings in the NCLT, Mumbai.
